How long does it take to groom my pet?

Depending on the breed and the length of your pets hair, grooms can take up to an hour to 2 hours. We will contact you prior to the end of the treatment to advise what time you should pick up your pooch.

Will my dog be put in a crate?

The only time your pet will be put in a crate is if you haven’t arrived on time to pick them up. We cannot have them out if our next client has arrived as this can be dangerous and we care about the safety of your dog.

What if I cannot pick my dog up from the Spa after its grooming treatment?

We offer a pick up and drop off service for an extra charge depending on distance, so if you are unable to collect your pooch after their treatment we can drop your pet off to your home address at a time that is convenient for you to receive them. If you are late picking your dog up after the scheduled time then your dog will be kept in a crate but extra charges may be applied depending on the time you have left them. Charges are varied depending on distance.

Can I stay and watch while you groom my pet?

It is best to drop off your pet at their scheduled appointment time, and then come back when the treatment is finished. Because your furry friend loves you very much they will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming. We are happy to send you videos/pictures and regular updates on your pet during their time with us.

Do I need to bring anything with my pooch for their Day Care/Boarding stays?

Feel free to bring along any special blankets, toys, or treats that you know your pet loves. We will need to know their feeding schedules and what type of food they have. You will need to provide food for the duration of their stay. We will get you to fill out a form advising any allergies or illnesses so we can ensure that we are providing the best care and support for your pup.

How often will my dog be walked during their Boarding stays?

Depending on the age and size of your dog they will be walked either twice a day for 30 minutes at a time or an hour walk possibly off lead for a run around and a game of fetch. If your dog is not well behaved or aggressive towards other dogs then this will mean that we cannot have them off lead and may result in shorter walks. We have a playtime hour where there is tug of war and plenty of toys for your dog to enjoy and regular checks and fuss for whenever your pet is feeling bored.
